Florida Trip Update
The room list has been submitted to the travel company. Please check your trip balances and make sure you are up to date on all of your payments. To see our daily schedule click the following link for the ITINERARY.
*Disney reserves the right to change our performance date and time until two weeks prior to the trip.
A Mandatory Parent Meeting will be held March 11th 7:30 PM location TBA. Parents will need to update/verify/initial all med forms at this time. There will be a sign in when you arrive. We will be answering all questions regarding policies, clothing, money, etc. We ask that you save your questions for this meeting rather than calling or emailing individual questions. With over one hundred travelers, it will be more time efficient to answer everything at once.
The students will have a meeting with the travel company during their band class two weeks prior to the trip to answer questions pertaining to tickets, fast passes, performance, etc.
Sub and Burrito Sale
Please help support the Cavalier Band program by participating in our Spring Sub and Burrito Sale. All students should have received a packet. The student envelope with the order form, volunteer form, and payment (checks made payable to the Coldwater Band Boosters) is to be returned to the band room by February 13th.
Assembly and Pick-up March 16th
- Students will need to be at the Auditeria at 7:45
- Pick-up is from 9-12
