4:05-4:10 We will depart as soon as the afternoon bus route drivers return
Dress: Please have your alternate uniform with you. A decision on uniform will be made by band time on Friday.
Parents: Please make arrangements for pickup of your student once we arrive back at the school. We will give the students the estimated arrival time when we leave Clinton Massie. Last year there were a few times that students were not picked up 45-60 minutes after we arrived home.
- Any CXC member that is riding home with a parent following halftime must provide me WRITTEN verification PRIOR to departure time listed above. The excused absence form will be acceptable. Texts and phone calls will not be accepted.
