Coldwater High School Band

April 14th – April 20th, 2019

The High School Band will be traveling to Florida to play for the Magic Music Days Parade in the Magic Kingdom. This is sure to be an event that the students will always remember. We will have the opportunity to entertain thousands of people from around the world.

Please look at the attached itinerary. The cost of the trip will be around $950 for students and $1100 for chaperones. This price reflects a significant portion of the cost paid for from the Band Booster trip account. In addition, each student will have deducted from their final payments the profits from his/her Butter-braid sales. These two sources of funding should allow all of our students to be able to participate in this event. If any student has a special need or financial circumstance, please contact me ASAP. We have been very fortunate in finding alternative sources of income for traveling students.

Please fill in and submit the registration form by May 24th. You will receive an invoice through email for the $150 deposit (per person) in the near future. Please follow the instructions in the email, and submit a deposit for each person traveling. Deposits must be received by June 1st.
