It is hard to believe we are beginning the final nine weeks of the school year! It is also surprising to begin it with a snow day! We recently held a band booster meeting and wanted to share some of the items.


Thank you to everyone who has registered on the site. Many of the items on the site will be moved into a “members only” area. Please be sure to select the “Update your information” button and to update or register if you have not already done so. This will be extremely important for those traveling with the HS band to Florida next year as all of the information will be housed on the website.

Help Needed

We are also in need of concession stand workers for the track meets. Please consider working one track meet this spring. Remember, the money raised is for the kids!   All you need to do to help is visit

Also, if you are interested in becoming more involved, we are always looking for new members/chairpeople of our committees. Please contact Mr. Ruckman or one of the Booster officers if you would like to discuss any current openings or have questions about the expectations of any of our volunteer positions. We would love to have you join us in a great cause!

Sub and Burrito Sale

Thank you to everyone who sold subs and burritos. If you still have orders sitting at home or in a backpack we can take them up until this Friday (3/23).  This is our longest-standing and most successful fundraiser. Thank you to Susan Moorman and her team for the work and dedication that has made this a success! A reminder that distribution day is Saturday, April 7th starting at 9am in the Auditeria. Band students should be there by 7:45 for assembly. Many hands make light work, and with all of the assembly spots filled we should get done in just a few hours. As always, we will not turn away any adults who show up to work. Adults may chose to help with: assembly(8-11), Distribution (8:30-10:30), Distribution (10:30-12:00).
